Home screen. Shows today's date and a list of scheduled member appointments. Each card shows member name, address, time, and visit type. New members are flagged for onboarding.

Appointment Detail
Full details for a single appointment. Shows member name, address with map link, phone, visit type, and pre-visit notes. For new members, a 'Start Onboarding' button launches the 4-step wizard. Shows appliance and project counts.

Visit Summary
Post-visit summary screen. Shows time log with arrival and departure, work completed checklist, project recommendations from the visit, and notes. Done button returns to the Today screen.

Performance dashboard for the current month. Shows monthly incentive stats (total completed, gross profit, bonus), portfolio breakdown (properties by tier), and performance metrics (maintenance completion, missing links, repairs per visit).

Step 1: Member Overview
First step of the onboarding wizard. Confirms the member's name, property address, plan tier, and contact info before diving into the home. A progress bar shows where you are in the 4-step process.

Step 2: Appliance Inventory
Home Manager walks through every appliance in the home. Each item shows brand, model, year, and condition. Add appliances using the + button. All items are captured for the member's permanent record.

Add Appliance
Form to capture a single appliance. Pick the type from a grid (HVAC, water heater, washer, etc.), then fill in make, model, serial number, year installed, and condition rating. Capture a photo of the unit.

Step 3: Project Intake
The Home Manager captures every project or repair the member wants done. Each item gets a 4-level priority: Urgent/Now (red), Soon (orange), Later (blue), or Low Priority (gray). Projects can be added inline or via the + button.

Add Project
Form to capture a single project. Describe what the member wants and pick the 4-level priority. The priority picker is visual and color-coded so the right level is obvious.

Step 4: Summary
Final step. Shows a summary of everything captured: appliance count, project count by priority level, and any notes. The Home Manager reviews and submits. The record is saved to the member's profile in real time.
