1. Executive Summary

At this point, Wherk AI would have designed, built and delivered a custom platform to replace your current Airtable system. This document outlines the ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support services being offered to keep the platform running, secure, and continuously improving.

Key takeaway: Your platform will run on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. The same stack used by Fortune 500 companies. There will be no physical servers to maintain. All infrastructure is fully managed, auto-scaling, and redundant by some of the best companies in the business. For the first 2 months after launch, your managed service fee includes 25 hours of total tech work per month (bug fixes and feature enhancements combined) at no extra charge. After month 2, or if you exceed 25 hours in a given month, feature enhancement work is available at $150/hour. Full rate details are in Section 7.

Your platform runs on best-in-class cloud services. These are billed directly to your accounts. Wherk AI handles all setup, configuration, and ongoing management of these services as part of the managed service plan.

6. What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

Scenario: Application performance issue

Vercel automatically scales to handle increased load. If a code issue is identified, Wherk AI deploys a fix with zero downtime.

Scenario: Accidental data deletion

Point-in-time recovery restores to the nearest minute before the deletion. Worst-case recovery point is approximately 2 minutes due to WAL upload frequency, so minimal data loss is possible.

Scenario: Security vulnerability discovered

Wherk AI applies the security patch within 4 hours. All authentication is handled by Clerk, which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance independently.

Scenario: A vendor has an outage

Vercel, Supabase, and Clerk each maintain dedicated engineering teams and public status pages. Outages on these platforms are rare and are resolved by the vendor's team. Contractual SLAs are available on higher tiers (Supabase Enterprise: 99.9%, Vercel Enterprise: 99.99%, Clerk Enterprise: 99.99%). Wherk AI monitors and communicates status to your team during any incident.

How Bugs and Feature Requests Get Reported

Your team reports bugs and feature requests directly through the platform. Every page in the system will have a built-in bug report button. One click, describe the issue, attach a screenshot if needed, and it's logged. No emails to chase down, no spreadsheets to maintain.

Feature requests work the same way. Your team submits them through the platform with a description of what they need and why. Everything lands in a shared backlog that both your team and Wherk AI can see.

How Work Gets Prioritized and Built

Here's how the process works from request to delivery:

  1. Submit a request. Your team logs a bug or feature request through the platform. It shows up in the shared backlog immediately.
  2. Wherk AI reviews and estimates. Every request gets an estimate (time and complexity) within one business day. Bugs that affect daily operations get flagged as urgent automatically.
  3. You set the priorities. Your team decides what matters most. You rank the backlog however you want. Wherk AI builds in the order you choose.
  4. Wherk AI builds and deploys. Work gets done, tested, and pushed live. You get a notification when it's ready. No waiting for "release windows." Changes go live as soon as they're tested and approved.
  5. Bi-weekly check-in. Every two weeks, we review what was completed, what's coming up, and whether priorities need to shift. This keeps everyone aligned without a lot of back-and-forth.
