This week in staging

From ideas to demo-ready systems.

A guided review of the new acceptance environment, Lead Decision Support, Home Intelligence, LiDAR planning, and Outcome 4 assurance work.

What we can show today

One meeting. Five useful stops.

01

Isolated staging

A safe client-acceptance environment with its own app, database, Auth tenant, and synthetic data.

02

Outcome 1

Lead Decision Support with explainable recommendations and read-only operating safeguards.

05

Outcome 4

The audit baseline and independent assurance model for finding promises that could otherwise disappear.

02 · Staging environment
A safe place to test together

Staging is more than a second URL.

It is a separate acceptance boundary. New concepts can be tested with synthetic data before any production promotion decision.

Separate

App and data boundary

Dedicated Vercel project, Supabase project, Auth users, feature settings, and test fixtures.

Protected

Deny by default

No copied production customer rows. Outbound providers and automations stay off until each one is approved.

0

03 · Outcome 1
Lead Decision Support

Make the recommendation explainable.

Outcome 1 is software-complete. It gives management a consistent advisory workspace without automatically routing, rejecting, contacting, or changing a lead.

Read-only lead search and detail access
Five-question Membership Fit Assessment
Service fit, relationship value, conversion readiness, confidence, and rationale
Override and history behavior with a synthetic demo fallback
“Help the team make a better decision, while keeping the human in control.”
04 · Outcome 3
Home Intelligence

A living record of the home.

This is formally Outcome 3, “One verified home record.” It uses the Property Intelligence foundation from Outcome 1 and can later receive evidence from Outcome 2.

Live on staging

Sourced facts

Facts and components include source, confidence, freshness, and confirmation state.

Live on staging

Member correction

Members can confirm or correct information without silently overwriting history.

Live on staging

Public records

Official address, elevation, weather context, and Montgomery County permit data.

Known homeStart from the member-authorized property.
Trusted evidenceAttach operational, public, and homeowner sources.
Human confirmationPreserve corrections and conflicts.
Useful actionTurn evidence into service conversations and maintenance planning.
05 · Home data roadmap
From public proof to territory scale

More useful facts. Clear buying choices.

The current pilot proves the product model with official public sources. The next layer adds structural facts, renovation history, parcel context, and risk data across the service territory.

Core property record

RentCast, Realie, or ATTOM for year built, square footage, lot size, assessments, sales, and valuation context.

Permit history

Official local feeds today. Shovels is the national-scale option for broader permit coverage.

Hazard and parcel context

HazardHub or First Street for risk context. Regrid where parcel boundaries improve the product.

Start with the source that changes a homeowner or service-team decision. Do not add data just because it is available.
06 · LiDAR and digital twin
A dimensioned home record

Scan once. Reuse for years.

A home scan can add floor plans, room dimensions, visual context, and a durable baseline for future repairs and projects.

Pilot first

CubiCasa

Use an existing phone for the quickest polished floor-plan test.

Owned path

Apple RoomPlan

Test an iPhone Pro or LiDAR-equipped iPad as the HFHS-owned capture option.

Escalation

iGUIDE or specialist

Use dedicated capture when accuracy, insurance, appraisal, CAD, or engineering needs justify it.

1
Pilot CubiCasa on one real property.
2
Capture the same property with Apple RoomPlan.
3
Hire an iGUIDE provider only if phone capture falls short.
07 · Outcome 4
No dropped commitments

Did the real-world result actually happen?

Outcome 4 begins with an audit of current technical and manual processes. It then adds an independent assurance layer beside them. Existing processes remain unchanged.

1,109
parent processes and candidates in the baseline
535
independently failing stages represented
8
initial shadow-only assurance checks
Process A runsExisting operations stay authoritative and unchanged.
Process B observesRead-only evidence is collected independently.
Reality is checkedMissing, late, duplicate, and contradictory outcomes become findings.
Staff can interveneInternal alerts remain separate from customer operations.
08 · Outcome 2
One conversion journey

Connected pieces, not yet one pipeline.

Lead detail, the assessment, visits, walkthrough capture, contracts, onboarding, and communications already exist. The remaining Outcome 2 work connects them into one traceable journey.

Address and assessmentUnderstand the lead and recommend a fit.
Conversion inspectionCapture evidence before the membership decision.
Approved reportPublish a human-reviewed customer summary.
Membership or reasonTrack the result and stop follow-up correctly.
Honest status: Outcome 2 is designed and partially supported, but it should not be presented as complete.

What the work now makes possible

Test safely. Learn quickly. Promote deliberately.

The staging environment gives HFHS a repeatable way to review major concepts before production. Home Intelligence is the first tangible acceptance case.

Decision 1

Home Intelligence pilot

Accept, revise, or reject the current facts, components, correction flow, and permit experience.

Decision 2

Property data trial

Choose the first commercial provider to test against a small, representative set of homes.

Decision 3

LiDAR field test

Select one property and compare CubiCasa with Apple RoomPlan before buying hardware.

Decision 4

Outcome 4 proving period

Select the first internal assurance checks to run beside existing operations.
