Wherk AI is building a custom operations platform to replace the current Airtable system at HFHS. The project covers a full web platform (admin dashboard, customer portal, automations, and integrations) plus a cross-platform mobile app for field technicians. 5. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Support and maintenance plans are offered on a month-to-month basis. The first two months after launch are required as part of the engagement. This covers the critical transition period from build to live operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, bugs get squashed quickly, and your team feels confident using the platform day to day.

After those first two months, it's completely up to you. You can continue the plan for as long as it's useful, or bring support in-house whenever your team is ready. No long-term contracts, no commitments beyond the initial transition period.

Full details on plan options and pricing are available in the Managed Service Proposal.

7. What Happens After Launch

Once the platform goes live, managed services kick in for a minimum of two months. This covers both the web platform and the mobile app, so you have one plan that handles everything.

For both post-launch managed service months, we include a minimum of 25 hours of tech work, with unlimited bug fixing built in. This allows us to polish any missing links but also deliver any pending features you may want to sneak in.

After the two-month minimum, you can continue month to month or bring things in-house. See the Managed Service Proposal for full plan details and pricing.
